A fun taste event with a lot of humor. For 3 hours we taste our history and modern gastronomy. There will be three tastings in the Taste Workshop concept developed by Slow Food. During the evening, you are guaranteed to learn more than you knew about a creative region called Jämtland / Härjedalen
Östersund became Sweden's first Matlandet capital and is the first Nordic region to be a member of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network. How did they become? What has happened for 30 years? Who's behind it? In addition to a nice evening with your friends, you get to know a lot that is definitely unknown to you!
