23-29 July the O-ring will be launched in Årefjällen.
Östersund hosts two of the cycling stages in MTBO, which are arranged starting from Östersund's Ski Stadium on Sunday 23 and Monday 24 July.
The first MTBO stage (Sunday's stage) goes over the middle distance in the area around Östersund's ski stadium. Here there are fast roller ski tracks mixed with tricky and sometimes difficult to cycle smaller trails.
The second (Monday's) stage starts from the same arena but is long-distance and uses a significantly larger area east of Östersund with alternating dirt roads, larger easy cycling paths and smaller, more technical paths.
