Andersön is a green, visitor-friendly oasis surrounded by Lake Storsjön, with a stunning view of the mountains, great bathing and gentle paths.
Nice opportunities to find mushrooms and berries, cycling or hiking. The beaches are often rocky and shallow which is perfect for smaller children and a beautiful place for an evening swim.
There have been people at Andersön since the Stone Age. There are remains and trails of ancient settlements, burial mounds and cultivars. Residues of shelters can be found on the southern parts of the island.
At several parking spaces on the island, you will find information boards with maps with marked paths.
