During many years of conversations about dance and choreography between performances, during workshops and in the coffee rooms, the idea of ​​In fact grew. What you now get to see is choreographer Björn Säfsten's attempt to answer some of the many questions that the years of conversation have raised. With a personal and observing perspective, he gives us his answers, in his own way.

Björn Säfsten is a choreographer based in Stockholm. In his practice, he is interested in investigating the transformation of symbols and representations with gesture, voice and increasingly also text and song as media. Based on his interest, he creates practices that, during longer investigations, generate material and scores, often with failure, humor and a chiseling out of the movement's details in focus.
