Ellas Kapell is the band that started out of a shared love for Ella Fitzgerald, but which has since been allowed to grow and be shaped by the four musicians. The most beloved jazz compositions of our time are dressed in a completely new costume; some of the songs may be simple, supported by the fragility of text and harmonics, while others take the turns and leave room for playfulness and equilibrium.
